Questions, answered.

Is Fino accurate?
Fino reads what it can see and compares it to your saved profile. It's a helper, not a replacement for reading the label. OCR can misread small print and stylised packaging.
Does it work with restaurant menus?
Yes, including German letter codes (A–R) and EU numbers (1–14). Menus are often incomplete, so always confirm with the restaurant for severe allergies.
Where does my data live?
Allergy profiles and scan history stay on your phone. Ingredient text is sent to our AI provider for analysis only. We never sell data.
What languages does it support?
English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch — both the UI and the AI's responses.
Can I share with my family?
Yes — Fino Pro supports up to 4 family profiles. Each profile has its own allergens and severity settings, and you can switch profiles per scan.
How do I cancel?
Apple ID → Subscriptions → Fino Pro → Cancel. Works on iPhone or iPad. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is it safe for severe allergies?
Fino is informational only. Always read the original package and consult a medical professional. Never rely on Fino alone for severe allergies.
